(A) Disclaimers

  • 1. This website www.indianhatkeleague.com (the “site”) is an online platform for entertainment where users can participate and play online cricket games in the ‘Indian hatke League’. The online games and their respective names, characters, features and other elements of the ‘Indian hatke League’ (“IHL”) contained in the site are meant only for the purpose of providing an online medium to users of the site to participate, play and enjoy the games for fun and entertainment and nothing contained herein is intended to resemble any event / incident /place/ name/ history or any person living or dead or any political person or otherwise. All the names of any characters, players, events, team names, stadium, competition, organisation or association (“Data”) depicted in this site are fictitious and cannot be confused with individuals and/or real life person, place, event or otherwise. We use the Data solely for the purposes of information regarding the sport and all such use is intended to be incidental to the operation of this site.

  • 3. The content of the site are in no way libelous as there is no malicious intent, and no intent to misinform fellow role character or anyone who may play the game.

Your only right with respect to any problems or dissatisfaction with the site and/or any online games or content of the site is to terminate your account and discontinue any use/ or participation in the games and/or the site. All statistics contained within the Data are not intended to be and should not be relied upon or considered a true reflection of the abilities or performances of any individual player but a computerised interpretation of data given to it or generated by it.
  • 6. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we have used reasonable efforts to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

(B) Intellectual Property Rights

  • 1. All content and functionality on the site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of Virgin Mobile India Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”). All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company with respects to the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. All Data and content contained in the site including all applications and software for the online games and the features provided therein are protected by copyright pursuant to The Copyright Act 1957, international conventions and other copyright laws. All materials contained on the site are protected by copyright and are owned or controlled by the Company. You agree to abide by any and all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any part of the site. Copying or storing any part of the site is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from the Company, and all other service marks, trademarks and logos displayed on the site (collectively, the “Company Trademarks”) are the property of the Company.
  • 2. You agree not to display or use the Company Trademarks in any manner. All elements of the site including, but not limited to, the "look and feel," are protected by trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. No logo, graphic, sound or image from any site may be copied or retransmitted or otherwise used unless expressly permitted by the Company. Use of the site or any part or element thereof for any commercial purpose is expressly prohibited unless specifically approved by the Company in writing.

All Intellectual Property Rights in the content and design of the site and any material emailed to you or otherwise supplied to you in conjunction with services provided through the site are the property of the Company. You may not use or reproduce any Intellectual Property of the Company, including any trademarks, registered or unregistered, for any reason without express written permission from the Company. Grant of such permission shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.
